Our Townhouse boasts 3 luxury hotel specification bedroom suites. Each bedroom has its own full bath and a touch of luxury.
King Master Suite
A luxurious 5 star King master suite provides a relaxing retreat after a day at the parks. Sink into the deluxe pillow top bedding with luxury sheets and designer comforter, with contrasting silk drapes - It's like sleeping on a cloud, with the benefit of a ceiling fan for those warm nights.
Queen Guest Suite
Queen master suite with stylish leather bed, provides ground floor living and is a great option for those in your party that can't navigate stairs. The blackout drapes prevents the early morning sun disturbing your peaceful slumber. The guest bath has a large walk in shower and with access to entrance hall doubles as a great downstairs shower and WC.
Twin Guest Suite
The twin guest suite is decorated in cream, beige and red with cottage cream furniture it suits all ages and gender. This is sunny, happy bedroom with blackout drapes the 2 twin beds and is fun for the young or the young at heart and has it's own cable TV. The bathroom has tub shower and vanity mirror.
All beautifully decorated bedrooms and bathrooms stocked with lush contrasting towels and hair dryers.
Artwork can be seen in most rooms.
Great Room
The great room has dining seating for 8. The decor is contempory and allows you to relax and enjoy the TV or watch a family movie on the DVD player. The comfortable leather sofa converts to a queen sleeper to accomodate extra quests. The full wall glass patio doors provide for a great view of your own private splash pool/spa and the very private open space beyond.

Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen that provides all the necessities and allows for the chefs of the group to prepare an elaborate dinner or a quick snack between activities. All small appliances are provided as well as a fine selection of cookware.
Pool & Spa
The deck and splash pool with jets has seating and multicolored pool lights to enjoy the Florida evenings. The pool is west facing that lets you soak up the Florida sun from mid morning through the evening sunset.
For relaxation, the pool converts to your own private spa with the pool heat option. A child safety pool guard fence and door safety locks will ease your concern about the little ones of the group.
Note: Pool/Spa heat is provided at an additional charge.
Baby Equipment
Young ones ? Don't tote along bulky equipment. We can arrange hire of a pack and play sleeper, child safety bed rails, a high chair, strollers, and a child safety gate for your everyday convenience. This items arrive fully sanitised.

Reliable & Dependable Property Manager
To top it off, we provide a very dependable property manager who is always on call for guest assistance if required. Our property manager provides additional services including cot and grill rentals and can arrange grocery baskets for late arrivals.
