THE VILLA

Our villa is a luxurious 6 bedroom 4 bathroom pool home. Ideal for the guests who are looking for something just that little bit special. Luxuriously decorated and furnished, and licensed to sleep 14 people comfortably.


FAMILY ROOM

A large informal sitting area with a stunning high ceiling. The family room is open plan to the kitchen, nook and dining room. The ideal area to relax.

KITCHEN

Our well equipped modern kitchen contains everything from a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge,freezer with built in ice-maker, telephone along with other essentials such as cutlery, crockery and glassware.

NOOK

Leading of from the kitchen an informal dining area with a table, 6 chairs and 3 bar stools. From the nook area you exit through patio doors which lead to the covered lanai and pool area.

DINING ROOM

Located just next to the kitchen and family room our formal dining room contains a beautiful table with seating for 6 people.

LAUNDRY ROOM

Well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

GAME ROOM

To keep you entertained we have located a games room in the garage area. Including a slate- bed pool table, air-hockey, a TV with cable and a PlayStation 2. We have also included a table and chairs with board games and puzzles etc for our younger guests.

POOL & SPA

The 12 x 6 lanai offers some welcome shade before leading you to the covered extended pool deck, here you can relax on the sun loungers or enjoy a cool drink by the extended 30 x 14 pool. Refresh yourself after a long day at the park in our heated Jacuzzi spa. Whatever your choice you won’t be disappointed.

A gas BBQ is available for guest use free of charge - If the gas bottle is empty, it can be exchanged for full bottle for a small fee at the local gas station.

A huge luxurious King size bed sets the tone for this stunningly furnished and decorated room. Our master bedroom also boasts a 36 inch TV with cable TV, a DVD player and ceiling fan.

A luxurious Sea world inspired decorated room with a Queen bed, 20 inch TV, cable, DVD player and a ceiling fan.

BATHROOM 3

Services bedroom 4 and 5 with a vanity unit, tub, shower and WC.

DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM

This tastefully decorated bedroom has a queen size bed, a 20 inch TV with cable and a ceiling fan. Directly across from this bedroom is a bathroom with vanity unit, shower and WC.
