Ground Floor

Pool & Spa

The luxurious 28' x 14' pool and spa offers the perfect way to sunbathe and relax in the evening warmth of the Florida climate. The pool area is provided with a table & 6 chairs and 2 sun-loungers for your enjoyment and comfort. The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended from October to April) but for those really hot days of summer, you can keep cool as you sip iced drinks in the spa or by the pool.

Family Room

The spacious family room with direct access to the pool is comfortably furnished to allow our guests to relax watching TV or a film on the 42" LCD HD TV with 200 chanel cable and DVD.

Dining Area

The formal dining area is located adjacent to the family room and has a large table with seating for up to 6 diners and is beautifully set out for those special dining occasions.

Kitchen

The large open plan kitchen to the rear of the villa complete with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include full size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with ice & water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. All that's needed is the food and drink !! The adjacent breakfast nook with direct access to the pool deck, provides seating for 4.

Laundry Facilities

The laundry facilities are located in the garage and includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - leave space in your luggage for all those cheap designer clothes you are likely to purchase at the fantastic malls !!

Master Suite 1

This wonderful contemporary styled room is furnished with a King sized bed with matching furnishings and provides a large walk-in closet and ample drawer space. This room faces onto the pool deck, and has its own 21" LCD HD TV and alarm clock radio. The enclosed en-suite bathroom has his & hers vanity units, large walk-in shower unit and separate WC cubicle. There is also a hairdryer in the vanity unit.

Master Suite 2

The second master is also furnished with a queen sized bed with matching furnishings and provides a large walk-in closet and ample drawer space. This room also faces to the front of the villa, and has its own 21" LCD HD TV. The enclosed en-suite bathroom has a vanity unit, large walk-in shower unit and separate WC cubicle. There is also a hairdryer in the vanity unit.

Ground Floor Bedroom 3

This bedroom features twin beds and built-in wardrobe. Additional features include a 21" LCD HD TV.

Ground Floor Family Bathroom

This shared bathroom on the ground floor features a single vanity unit, bath with shower over and WC. There is also a hairdryer in the vanity unit.

Games Room

The converted garage with air-conditioning includes a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Table Foosball & Darts.

First Floor

Bedroom 4 (First Floor)

This bedroom features king sized bed and built-in wardrobe. Additional features include a 21" LCD HD TV and ensuite bathroom features a single vanity unit, bath with shower over and WC. There is also a hairdryer in the vanity unit.

Additional Features

The villa has high speed wireless DSL internet access throughout the villa and pool deck - just bring your laptop. All local & long distance telephone calls are included - you will need a calling card for international calls. For the little ones we have provided a cot and highchair.  We have also provided a gas BBQ which is available free of charge, but if the gas needs replacing, this is at your cost from the local gas station.
