Ground Floor

Pool & Spa

The luxurious 37' pool deck with 28' x 15' pool and spa offers pleasant views to the side and perfect way to sunbathe and relax in the evening warmth of the Florida climate. The pool area is provided with ample tables, chairs and sun-loungers for your enjoyment and comfort. The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended from October to April) but for those really hot days of summer, you can keep cool as you sip iced drinks in the spa or by the pool. For the ultimate alfresco dining experience, we provide a gas BBQ with utensils free of charge.

Living Room

As you first enter the luxurious villa, you first see the spacious contemporary styled living room with comfortable seating with the dining area located to the rear of the room. This room is provided with an iPod compatible sound system for your enjoyment.

Dining Area

The formal dining area is located adjacent to the living room and has a large table with seating for up to 6 diners and is beautifully set out for those special dining occasions.

Family Room

The spacious contemporary styled family room is comfortably furnished to allow our guests to relax watching TV or a film on the 42" LCD TV with DVD. A selection of DVD's are provided for your enjoyment.

Kitchen

The large open plan kitchen complete with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include full size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with ice & water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. All that's needed is the food and drink !! Very well equipped regardless whether you want to cook a quick stir fry or roast a turkey. The adjacent breakfast nook set in a bay window looking out onto the lanai and pool area and provides seating for 4 with additional seating on bar stools for 2 at the breakfast bar.

Laundry Room

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron for your convenience - leave space in your luggage for all those cheap designer clothes you are likely to purchase !! You will also find the infant stroller and child's safety gate here for use anywhere in the property.

This room is special, and has its own 22" Cable TV with DVD and alarm clock radio. The enclosed en-suite bathroom has his & hers vanity units, large bath, separate walk-in shower unit and separate WC cubicle. There is also a hairdryer in the vanity unit.

Master Suite 2

This contemporary styled room contains another king sized bed, with matching furniture which make this a very comfortable room. In addition there is a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom, with single vanity unit, WC, walk-in shower and hairdryer. Bedroom 3

This Mickey & Minnie Mouse themed bedroom features twin sized beds and built-in wardrobe. Additional features include a 19" Cable TV & DVD.

Bedroom 5
