This lovely Villa was built in 2007 and is located in the newer Windsor Hills Reserve Section. It features an open floor plan with 50 inch plasma TV, DVD, Bose surround sound system. The rear of the home has 3 sliding glass doors in the living room, kitchen and master bedroom that open the rear of the home onto the lanai and pool for an open airy living environment. The lanai and pool face a conservation area with a pond & fountain for a great view and a relaxing way to spend the day and watch beautiful sunsets. There are no homes in front of or in back of the Villa.

The 50 inch flat screen plasma High Definition TV has a Bose surround sound system with a DVD player and MP3 player connector. Free internet access is available throughout the Villa. The living room / great room has a ceiling fan light fixture.
The kitchen features granite countertops & stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, pots & pans, coffee maker, tea hot pot, toaster and many more features expected in a well appointed kitchen. The refrigerator has an ice maker and water dispenser for your convenience.

The bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens directly onto the lanai and pool area. There is a clock/radio with an iPod docking station. The bathroom has a walk in shower and is provided with a hair dryer.
The Master Queen Bedroom is tastfully decorated with a full dresser, 2 night stands, 2 lamps, a ceiling fan with remote control, and a full size closet. There is a clock/radio with an iPod docking station. The bathroom has a walk in shower and is provided with a hair dryer.
The first Twin Bedroom has 2 beds and is tastfully decorated with a night stand, ceiling fan with remote control, flat screen TV with a DVD player and a full closet. The clock/radio features an iPod docking station.
The second Twin Bedroom has 2 beds and is tastfully decorated with a playful children's theme. The room features a full closet, night stand with lamp, ceiling fan with remote control and clock/radio with an iPod docking station. A Playstation II console is located in this room and is attached to the flat screen TV with DVD player.
The pool features a removable safety net fence for children. The lanai and pool are completely screened in for protection from insects. The pool has a spa/hot tub and both can be heated for an additional charge. The kitchen, living room and king master bedroom each has sliding doors that open onto the pool deck area. Oversized beach towels are provided for the guests.
The laundry room is located in the garage/games room and has a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
A high chair, playpen crib and 2 strollers are available in the game room and are free of charge.

When you book a Villa your completed booking form is
automatically emailed to the owner who will then contact
you to arrange payment of the deposit or full balance
depending on how soon the rental starts - if they accept
credit/debit cards or PayPal you will be offered this
convenient method of payment in the booking form (please note that there
will
be a surcharge of 4% applied when paying by
this method) - alternatively payment by bank wire
transfer or cheque/bankers draft/counter check may be an
option offered to you which carries no surcharge.
