Ground Floor

Pool & Spa

The luxurious 28' x 14' pool and spa offers the perfect way to sunbathe and relax in the evening warmth of the Florida climate. The pool area is provided with ample tables, chairs and sun-loungers for your enjoyment and comfort. The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended from October to April) but for those really hot days of summer, you can keep cool as you sip iced drinks in the spa or by the pool. 

Family Room

The spacious family room is comfortably furnished to allow our guests to relax watching TV or a film on the 42" Plasma TV with DVD. A selection of DVD's are provided for your enjoyment. We have also provided a PlayStation 3 with a selection of games for your enjoyment.

Dining Area

The formal dining area is located adjacent to the kitchen and has a large table with seating for up to 6 diners and is beautifully set out for those special dining occasions.

Kitchen

The large open plan kitchen complete with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include full size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with ice & water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. All that's needed is the food and drink !! The adjacent breakfast nook set in a front aspect feature bay window provides seating for 4 with additional seating on bar stools for 2 at the breakfast bar. We have even provided an infant high chair for your little one.

Laundry Facilities

The laundry facilities are located in the garage and includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - leave space in your luggage for all those cheap designer clothes you are likely to purchase at the fantastic malls !!

Master Suite 1

This wonderful contemporary styled room is furnished with a King sized bed with matching furnishings and provides a large walk-in closet and ample drawer space. This room faces onto the pool deck, and has its own 19" HD LCD TV with DVD and alarm clock radio. The enclosed en-suite bathroom has his & hers vanity units, large walk-in shower unit and separate WC cubicle. There is also a hairdryer in the vanity unit.

Master Suite 2

Identical in layout to Master 1 and is also furnished with a King sized bed with matching furnishings and provides a large walk-in closet and ample drawer space. This room also faces onto the pool deck, and has its own 19" HD LCD TV. The enclosed en-suite bathroom has his & hers vanity units, large walk-in shower unit and separate WC cubicle.

Ground Floor Bedroom 3

This bedroom features queen sized bed and built-in wardrobe. Additional features include a 19" HD LCD TV.

This shared bathroom on the ground floor features a single vanity unit, bath with shower over and WC.

Games Room

The converted garage with air-conditioning includes a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Darts and a selection of board games. There is also a settee with coffee table for your comfort.

First Floor

Bedroom 4 (First Floor)

This bedroom features twin sized beds and built-in wardrobe. Additional features include a 15" LCD TV and ensuite bathroom features a single vanity unit, bath with shower over and WC.

Bedroom 5 (First Floor)

This bedroom features bunk beds and built-in wardrobe. Additional features include a 15" LCD TV and ensuite bathroom features a single vanity unit, bath with shower over and WC.

The villa has high speed wireless DSL internet access throughout the villa and pool deck - just bring your laptop.

All telephone calls are included so you can keep in touch with loved ones back home and not worry about the cost. 

A rental gas BBQ available at $8/day including cleaning and gas.
