Windsor hills resort offers a variety of recreation and activity for all ages including childrens' playground, lagoon style pool with water slide and hot tub, fitness centre, tennis courts, 40 seat movie theatre, and much more. All Theme parks are nearby and can be reached by a shuttle service.
Rental Amenities
The villa has 4 bedrooms each with its own TV and ensuite bathroom and the living area has a 50'' TV with DVD player. The fixtures and fittings in all the rooms and the ensuite facilities are all of superb quality. The villa is fully air-conditioned and can sleep up to 10 people. If you feel like a day at home you can laze by the pool and spa or enjoy the fun of the games room.
The Villa
The villa is in a private setting with a south facing pool for all day sunshine. All furniture and furnishings are of the highest quality and the villa is very tastefully decorated throughout. Colours are neutral to go with light coloured wood furniture.
The Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, bed-side cabinets, clock/radio, bedside lamps, wardrobes, mirrored dressing table, LCD remote TV and ensuite bathroom.The room is tastefully decorated using neutral colours and the floor is carpeted. Direct access to the pool can be gained from here through the sliding glass doors.
The Queen Bedroom
The queen room has a queen sized double bed, bed-side cabinets and lamps, wardrobes, LCD remote TV and ensuite bathroom. The room is tastefully decorated in neutral colours and the floor is carpeted. The fittings and bathroom suite are of the same high quality as the master bedroom.
Bedroom 3
This is a twin room with wardrobes, bed-side cabinets and lamps LCD remote TV and ensuite bathroom. The room is decorated in light colours and the floor is carpeted.
Bedroom 4
This is also a twin room with wardrobes bed-side cabinets and lamps, LCD remote TV and ensuite bathroom. The room is decorated in light colours and the floor is carpeted.
The Living Area
The living area is absolutely massive and breathtaking. It includes a 2 seater and 3 seater leather sofa, coffee table, 50'' LCD remote TV and DVD player, dining table (seats 6) and an iPod music station which allows you to insert your own ipod and play your own music through a loudspeaker system. The decor and furniture look magnificent against the neutral colour of the marble tiled flooring.
The Kitchen
The kitchen looks onto the living area and is highly impressive with its state of the art cooking facilities. As well as the microwave, range,fridge/freezer and loads of storage space, there is a self cleaning oven, a water dispenser which will give cubed ice, crushed ice or water at the push of a button, a food disposal unit and an electric can opener. The black granite worktops are spectacular. The kitchen table and chairs offer ample room for everyone and look on to the pool area outside the villa.
The Games Room
If you feel like a game of pool or foosball you don't need to walk to the clubhouse - enjoy a game in the privacy of your own home.
There is also a washing machine, a dryer and clothes horse in this room so there is no need to take home piles of dirty linen at the end of your stay.
The Swimming Pool
The pool has the option of a screen surround as a safety feature if you need it. After a swim you can relax in the spa and soothe those aching muscles! The pool can be accessed directly from the master bedroom or the kitchen or the living area.
There is a table, chairs and recliners for the sunworshippers. There is plenty of room to sunbathe in the lanai area and since the pool is south facing you will get all day sunshine.
The whirlpool spa can be operated directly to set your own timings and it can be illuminated at night time along with the swimming pool for you to fully enjoy an end of day swim. We can provide a Gas BBQ for a rental fee of $58/week including gas.
