Ground Floor
Pool & Spa
The luxurious pool deck with 28' x 14' pool and spa offers the perfect way to sunbathe and relax in the evening warmth of the Florida climate. The pool area is provided with ample tables, chairs and sun-loungers for your enjoyment and comfort. The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended from October to April) but for those really hot days of summer, you can keep cool as you sip iced drinks in the spa or by the pool. For the ultimate alfresco dining experience, we provide a gas BBQ with utensils free of charge.
Living Room
As you first enter the luxurious villa, you first see the spacious contemporary styled living room with comfortable seating with the dining area located to the rear of the room.
Dining Area
The formal dining area is located adjacent to the living room and has a large table with seating for up to 6 diners and is beautifully set out for those special dining occasions.
Family Room
The spacious contemporary styled family room is comfortably furnished to allow our guests to relax watching TV or a film on the 48" Plasma Cinema Sound TV with DVD & PS2 games console. A selection of DVD's are provided for your enjoyment.
Kitchen
The large open plan kitchen complete with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include full size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. All that's needed is the food and drink !! The adjacent breakfast nook set in a bay window looking out onto the lanai and pool area and provides seating for 6. We have also provided an infant highchair.
Laundry Room
The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron for your convenience - leave space in your luggage for all those cheap designer clothes you are likely to purchase !! You will also find 2 infant strollers for your convenience.
Ground Floor Bedroom 6
This bedroom features queen sized bed and built-in wardrobe. Additional features include a 18" Cable TV and alarm clock radio. You can see the pool from this bedroom.
Ground Floor Family Bathroom
This shared bathroom on the ground floor features a single vanity unit, bath with shower over and WC. There is also a hairdryer in the vanity unit.
First Floor
Master Suite 1
This wonderful room is furnished with a King bed with matching furnishings and provides a large walk-in closet and ample drawer space. This room has its own 18" Cable TV and alarm clock radio. The enclosed en-suite bathroom has his & hers vanity units, large bath, separate walk-in shower unit and separate WC cubicle. There is also a hairdryer in the vanity unit.
Master Suite 2
This room contains another king sized bed, with matching furniture which make this a very comfortable room. In addition there is a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom, with single vanity unit, WC, walk-in shower and hairdryer. Additional features include a 18" Cable TV.
Bedroom 3
This nautical themed bedroom features twin sized beds and built-in wardrobe. Additional features include a 18" Cable TV.
Bedroom 4
This bedroom features twin sized beds and built-in wardrobe. Additional features include a 18" Cable TV.
Bedroom 5
This bedroom also features king sized bed and walk-in wardrobe. Additional features include a 18" Cable TV. A cot (crib) is provided in this room
Family Bathroom (Upstairs)
This shared bathroom features his & hers vanity units, bath with shower over, separate WC cubicle.
Games Room
The converted garage has a Techno Theme and includes a Pool Table, Air Hockey and Darts. In addition there is a 24" LCD TV linked up to a VCR & PS2 Games Console for your gaming pleasure. There is also a floor standing fan for your comfort.
Additional Features
The villa has high speed wireless DSL internet access throughout the villa and pool deck - just bring your laptop. Local telephone calls are included - calling card required for free long distance and international calls.
