The luxurious pool and spa is in a quiet location which offers a perfect way to relax. The pool area is provided with tables, chairs and loungers The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended from October to April)

Living Room

As you first enter this beautiful villa, you are greeted by a spacious Living Room with comfortable leather seating. The rear of this area has a dining area with a table and 6 chairs, ideal for entertainment or family meals.

Family Room

The family room is comfortably furnished allowing you to view the pool area or to just sit and relax watching TV.

Kitchen

The open plan kitchen comes complete with ample worktop space. Amenities include a full sized cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with water dispenser/ice-maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. An additional table with 4 chairs provides further seating for extra guests .

Laundry Room

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron and clothes drier for those articles of clothing not suitable for tumbling.

Ground Floor Bedroom 6

This bedroom features a queen sized bed with matching bedding, ample drawer space, a built-in wardrobe, cable TV and an alarm clock radio.

Ground Floor Family Bathroom 2

This shared bathroom on the ground floor features a single vanity unit and a bath with shower and a WC.

Games Room

Situated within the garage offering a 7ft-Pool Table and Foosball Table.

FIRST FLOOR

Master Suite 1

This beautiful room is furnished with a King sized bed with matching furnishings and a large walk-in closet and ample drawer space. This room has Cable TV, an alarm clock radio and telephone. The enclosed en-suite bathroom has 2 vanity units, a large bath, a separate walk-in shower unit and separate WC cubicle. There is also a hairdryer in the vanity unit.

This room includes a King sized bed with matching furniture ample drawer space. There is an en-suite bathroom with single vanity unit, WC and walk-in shower. Features include a Cable TV alarm clock radio. There is also a hairdryer in the vanity unit.

Bedroom 3

This bedroom features 2 twin sized beds and a built-in wardrobe, matching furnishing and ample drawer space. Additional features include a Cable TV

Bedroom 4

This bedroom features 2 twin sized beds and a built-in wardrobe and ample drawer space. Additional features include a Cable TV.

Bedroom 5

This bedroom features queen sized bed and a walk-in wardrobe and matching drawers. Additional features include a Cable TV and alarm clock radio.

Family Bathroom

This shared bathroom features two vanity units and a separate room with a bath with shower over and separate WC cubicle.
