Entrance

The front door is fitted with a modern keyless entry system and as you enter into the beautifully designed large entrance you will appreciate the elegant surroundings of the spacious lounge and dining area - a great place for relaxing or gathering together for a family meal.

Family Room

The family room is a great place to enjoy family time together, complete with a 47 inch LCD Cable TV with multi media system and Ipod docking station, Xbox 360 and Wii game consoles, comfortable seating.

This room has a large window which overlooks the pool and decking area and double sliding doors (fitted with child safety lock) which lead to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

This magnificent fully fitted home from home kitchen has everything you need for your self catering holiday including American side by side fridge freezer with filtered water and your choice of crushed or cubed ice, perfect for your poolside drinks! Granite worktops, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, kettle, four sliced toaster, blender, electric can opener, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, plastic tableware for poolside use. It has a large family dinning table and a breakfast bar. Sliding glass doors lead directly onto the poolside patio area.

Laundry Room

This villa has the added bonus of its own separate laundry room equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, airing shelf, iron and ironing board and hoover.

This comes in very handy - take less clothes and make more room for all those shopping bargains from the fantastic shopping malls!

Pool Area

The fabulous west facing, fully screened pool and patio area is a great space for fun and relaxation. Relax in the sun on the modern sun loungers and enjoy outside dinning in the shaded patio area with a large matching patio table and chairs, also here is an outside electric socket - ideal for your laptop etc. Plastic tableware is provided for your poolside safety.

Early risers can occasionally see the hot air balloon flights.

Cool off with a swim or relax with your favourite drink in the spa Jacuzzi. With no rear neighbours you have clear views of fabulous Florida sunsets and when the sun goes down - switch on the patio and underwater pool lights and continue the fun into the night........

Games Room

The fun continues in the games room with an Electronic Air hockey and Pool Table.

Bedrooms

There are 6 bedrooms in total sleeping 12 persons.

5 bedrooms are upstairs and one bedroom is downstairs.

All the bedrooms are lockable for your privacy.

Downstairs Bedroom

The ground floor bedroom is easily accessible which is ideal for the elderly or disabled. This elegantly designed bedroom with pool views has a king size bed, LCD cable TV with remote control and an alarm clock.

This bedroom enjoys its own adjacent luxury bathroom with WC, full bath and shower and a marble inset vanity basin and hairdryer.

Upstairs bedrooms

There are 5 bedrooms upstairs.

The first Master bedroom is very spacious with co-ordinating modern furniture, with a queen size bed, remote control LCD cable TV, alarm clock, luxury en-suite facilities with a double shower, huge garden tub bath and his and hers marble inset basins, a separate WC, plenty of towels and a powerful hairdryer found in the undersink cupboard. There is a large walk in closet and plenty of drawer space.

The second Master bedroom is also very spacious with co-ordinating modern furniture with a king size bed, remote control LCD cable TV, alarm clock, luxury en-suite facilities with a walk in double shower, marble inset basins, WC, plenty of towels and a powerful hairdryer.

The third stylish king size bedroom has a huge walk in closet, LCD Cable remote control TV, alarm clock.

The further two bedrooms both have two single beds in each room, LCD remote control cable TV's, closets, one is themed 'Hard Rock Café' the other is themed 'Mickey and Minnie Mouse'.

Family Bathroom

This is located upstairs and the three upstairs bedrooms have a shared use of this luxury family bathroom which includes separate lockable WC, bath and shower room (lockable), twin marble inset basins, hairdryer and plenty of towels.

Air Conditioning & Heating System

For your comfort there is an air conditioning and heating system throughout the villa, with separate settings for the upstairs and the downstairs.
