If you want a break from the hustle and bustle of the parks enjoy a relaxing day at your own private south-facing pool, shoot a game of pool or challenge your children on the full-sized arcade style air hockey table in the home's game room. Playstation 2 is provided for your enjoyment (bring your favorite games). Free WiFi is available should you need to check in with work or home. Or take a short 5 minute walk to the clubhouse (a little over 2 blocks) go to one of the many playground/ parks throughout Windsor Hills.

This home is within the gated community of Windsor Hills. The home is equipped with a security system for your peace of mind. Safety locks keep the pool area secure from wandering children. (The same looks that were used in the Olympic games to protect the athletes.) A children's safety fence is provided to protect our littlest guests from access to the pool.

Ground Floor

Pool & Spa

The luxurious 37' pool deck with 28' x 15' pool and spa south-facing for the perfect way to sunbathe and relax in the evening warmth of the Florida climate. The pool area is provided with ample tables, chairs and sun-loungers for your enjoyment and comfort. The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended from October to April) but for those really hot days of summer, you can keep cool as you sip iced drinks in the spa or by the pool. For the ultimate alfresco dining experience, we provide a gas BBQ with utensils for a nominal charge.

Living Room

As you enter this exceptional villa you will know that you selected the right home for your vacation. The quality of the furnishing immediately stands out. Great for those quite evenings of conversation while the children watch a movie in the family room.

Dining Area

The formal dining area seats 6 with the additional leaf with seat 8 for the extra special occasions. There are additional dining areas in the breakfast nock, breakfast bar or on the pool deck.

Family Room

Enjoy a theater experience in our comfortably furnished family room. Our family room features a large screen High Definition TV with surround sound. A selection of DVD's are provided or bring your own movie or you can even walk down to the sundry shop and select one from their large selection.

Kitchen

All the conveniences of a modern kitchen can be found in this large open kitchen. Everything you need down to the corkscrew. 42" cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. Be part of the conversation while you prepare a gourmet meal this magnificent kitchen opens up to the family room and breakfast nock.

Laundry Room

There is no need to over pack, a heavy duty large capacity washer and dryer are provided for your convenience, Leave some room in your suite case to purchase new clothing from the designer outlet malls within minutes of the resort. Ironing board and Iron are also provided.

Ground Floor Bedroom

This Golf course themed bedroom will put you in the mood to play on Mystic Dunes golf course which is located next door or one of the many other area golf courses. Watch the golf channel on the flat screen LCD HDTV. This room features a queen size bed and a full size bath is located right next door.

Ground Floor Family Bathroom

This bath full bath contains a full size bathtub and shower, a large vanity and water closet.

First Floor 

Master Suite 1

Plantation Style (Old South) 4 poster poster King bed with matching furnishings and provides a large walk-in closet and ample drawer space. This room is special, and has its own flat screen LCD HDTV with DVD and alarm clock radio. The enclosed en-suite bathroom has his & hers vanity units, large bath, separate walk-in shower unit and separate WC cubicle. There is also a hairdryer in the vanity unit.

Master Suite 2

Beach styled room contains another king sized bed, with matching furniture which make this a very comfortable room. In addition there is a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom, with single vanity unit, WC, walk-in shower and hairdryer. Additional features include a flat screen HDTV with DVD and alarm clock radio.

Cinderella Bedroom

This Cinderella themed bedroom features twin sized beds. (Each bed is a Cinderella carriage a must see) Your girls will certainly feel like princesses. Additional features include a flatscreen HD TV & DVD.

Pirates of the Carribean Bedroom

Pirates of the Carribean themed bedroom features twin sized beds. Additional features include a flat screen LCD HDTV & DVD.

Queen Bedroom

This bedroom also features queen sized bed and walk-in wardrobe. Additional features include a H TV with DVD and alarm clock radio

Family Bathroom (Upstairs)

This shared bathroom features his & hers vanity units, bath with shower over, separate WC cubicle.

Games Room

The converted garage game room includes a Pool Table, Air Hockey. In addition there is a TV linked up to a PS2 Games Console for your gaming pleasure.
