Our top floor condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is furnished & decorated to a very high standard
Living Area
The main living area of our home features an open-plan living room and dining room. This area is immediately adjacent to the kitchen. The living room includes a 3 seater leather couch and arm chair, a 42" HD LCD TV with cinema sound, DVD player and a protected free WiFi connection.
Kitchen
Our kitchen features quality appliances including a fridge freezer with ice & water dispenser, and is stocked with everything you need to cook and entertain with during your stay. We've included quality cookware, kitchen linens, plates and dishes for the house, plastic plates and cutlery for the kids, serving pieces, small appliances (blender, mixer, coffee maker, etc.) and lots lots more.
Dining Area
Adjacent to the living room is the dining area seating 6 comfortably and is perfect for a romantic dinner as well as being a great place for the kids to sit and play or to set up your laptop computer.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom faces onto the tennis courts. This room features a king sized bed and has its own 26" LCD TV and alarm clock radio. There is a large walk-in closet. The enclosed en-suite bathroom has a single vanity unit, large walk-in shower unit and WC. There is also a hairdryer in the vanity unit.
Bedroom 2
This bedroom also overlooks the tennis courts and features a king sized bed and has its own 26" LCD TV and alarm clock radio. There is also a large closet.
Family Bathroom
The family bathroom is located opposite bedroom 2 and features a large bath with shower over, single vanity with hair dryer and WC
Balcony and Lanai
Being located on the top floor, the fully screened west facing balcony has beautiful views of Windsor Hills Resort tennis courts and beyond. Why not enjoy a relaxing drink on the balcony and watch the wonderful sunsets every evening or occasional hot air balloon drift by.
Laundry Facilities
Off the foyer there is a built-in laundry facility with a full sized washing machine and tumble dryer. In addition there is an iron & ironing board for your convenience.

We have provided protected high speed wireless DSL internet access throughout the condo - just bring your laptop. All local telephone calls are included.
