Our ground floor condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is furnished and decorated to a high standard.
Living area
The main living area of our home features an open plan living and dining room. This area is immediately adjacent to the kitchen. The living room includes a 3 seater and 2 seater couch. The 3 seater couch can also be used as pull out double bed. There is a dining table and six chairs a 36" TV and a DVD player and a Playstation 2 plus games.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom faces on to open area of tees and shrubs. This room has a King sized bed and a 22" LCD TV and alarm clock radio. there is a large walk in closet. the enclosed en suite bathroom has a single vanity unit, large walk in shower unit and WC
Bedroom 2
This bedroom looks over open area and villa's and features 2 single beds and has it's own 22" LCD TV, alarm clock and radio and high speed internet access. There is also a very large walk in closet.
Family Bathroom
The family bathroom is located opposite bedroom 2 and features a large bath with shower over, single vanity unit with hair dryer and WC
Balcony and Lanai
Being located on the ground floor we over look trees and shrubs. We have the sun in the afternoon and the sunset in the evening. We have a luxury table and 2 chairs. (chill out spot)
Laundry Facilities
Off the foyer there is a built- in laundry facility with a full sized washing machine and tumble dryer. In addition there is an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
Additional Features
We have provided high speed internet (WiFi) access, so just bring your laptop. All telephone calls are included so you can keep in touch with home without worrying about the cost.
We have also provided a lightweight stroller and a fold away highchair for your use.
We are a minutes walk away from the back entrance to the swimming pool and clubhouse via the beautiful lake path.
