King Master 1
This wonderful contemporary styled room is furnished with a King sized bed with matching furnishings and provides a large walk-in closet and ample drawer space. This room faces onto the pool deck, and has its own 19" HD LCD TV with DVD and alarm clock radio. A tropical 52" ceiling fan moves the cool air evenly throughout the room.
The enclosed en-suite bathroom has a garden bath with shower over, single vanity and WC. There is also a hairdryer in the vanity unit.
Two Twin Children's Bedroom 2
Similar in layout to Master 1 and is furnished with a Queen sized bed with matching furnishings and provides a large walk-in closet and ample drawer space. This room faces onto the front garden, and has its own 19" TV/DVD combo and alarm clock radio. A white canvass ceiling fan moves cool air evenly throughout the room.
The enclosed en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower over, single vanity and WC. There is also a hairdryer in the vanity unit.
Ground Floor Queen Bedroom 3
This contemporary styled bedroom features a queen bed. This room also faces onto the front garden, and has its own 19" TV with.
The Jack & Jill bathroom serves both as an ensuite and family bathroom on the ground floor. It has a large walk-in shower cubicle, single vanity and WC. There is also a hairdryer in the vanity unit.
Great Room
The spacious great room with direct access to the pool is comfortably furnished to allow our guests to relax watching TV or a film on the 42" LCD HD TV with DVD. The dining area is located adjacent to the kitchen and has a table with seating for up to 4 diners and is beautifully set out for those special dining occasions. Additional seating of 5 bar stools is provided at the breakfast bar.
Kitchen
The large open plan kitchen adjacent to great room comes complete with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include full size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with ice & water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. All that's needed is the food and drink !!
Pool with Spa
The deck and a splash pool with lights to enjoy the Florida evenings. The pool is southerly facing that lets you soak up the Florida sun from mid morning through the evening sunset. We have provided 2 sun loungers and a patio table with 2 chairs for your outdoor comfort.
For relaxation, the pool converts to your own private spa with the pool heat option. A child safety pool guard fence and door safety locks will ease your concern about the little ones of the group. Please note that Pool/Spa heat is provided at an additional charge.
We have provided a gas BBQ for your alfresco culinary pleasure - gas is provided but if it runs out you need to purchase a refill exchange from the local gas station.
Baby Equipment
Young ones ? Don't tote along bulky equipment. We have provided a pack and play cot (crib), child safety bed rails, a high chair, strollers, and a child safety gate for your everyday convenience. These items arrive fully sanitised.
Laundry Facilities
Don't over-pack, we have provided a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & board for your convenience
Additional Features
The townhouse has high speed wireless DSL internet access throughout the villa and pool deck - just bring your laptop. All local & long distance telephone calls are included - you will need a calling card for international calls.
Reliable & Dependable Property Manager
To top it off, we provide a very dependable property manager who is always on call for guest assistance if required. Our property manager provides additional services including cot and grill rentals and can arrange grocery baskets for late arrivals.
