Our luxury townhome is used mainly by our Company execs so it is fully equipped with everything you need. Lots of towels, bed linen, crockery & glasses etc. The villa has full aircon & heating & ceiling fans in every room.
The Master Bedroom
The Master bedroom has a Queen bed & large vanity unit with plenty of drawer space & mirror. There is a private bathroom with tub & shower. We also have a large walk in wardrobe.
The Second Bedroom
This bedroom has twin single beds plus it's own bathroom & wardrobe.
The Third Bedroom
This bedroom is on ground floor level with bathroom, wardrobe & twin single beds for the ultimate in choice of sleeping arrangements.
All bedrooms have their own TV's.
Baby Equipment
For our very youngest guests we have a pack'n'play ( cot ), high chair & safety gate, all supplied at no extra charge
The Kitchen & Laundry Room
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator, microwave & plenty of kitchen utensils. The laundry room as a washer, dryer, ironing board & iron fro your convennience.
The Great Room
The great room has two black leather sofas, glass & chrome dining & coffee tables plus large flat screen TV with DVD and PlayStation 3. In this room you can relax & view our private splash pool through the floor to ceiling glass sliders.
The home has been furnished in a simple contemporary style with comfort being the key word. We have no distractions, we don't try to compete with Disney !!!
The Pool with Spa
Can be heated at additional cost and faces directly onto the resort lake. Our pool deck area has up market pool furniture together with a table & chairs. A safety fence is provided to protect the very young.
Our home is very close to the clubhouse area, less than a two minute walk !!
We have provided free High Speed Internet Access for your personal use with added bonus of free local, national and international calls.
The house is quite large but we restrict it to six adults & one infant, thereby each guest has plenty of their own space & privacy.
We wouldn't like to sleep on a sofa bed in the family room as it is near to the refrigerator & we don't expect anyone else to.

Our townhome is immaculate throughout. We spend a lot of time & money ensuring it is always in pristine condition and like to keep it that way.
You will see from our calendar that we don't have many vacancies because clients return to us every year. We don't want low ballers looking for a bargain - Quality must be paid for, but don't forget our rates INCLUDE all taxes. There are NO hidden extras.
