SUNSHINE ESCAPE
Welcome to our family vacation villa in the heart of Florida. We have been blessed with two grandchildren, a large extended family and many many friends, which means we have designed our villa to entertain and meet the needs and interests of varying age groups. We believe we have included everything in our villa that you will need to have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. GROUND FLOOR
POOL & SPA
This lovely SOUTH-FACING pool with luxurious spill-over spa will be the focal point of your stay at our villa. The extended, interlocking block brick pool deck provides plenty of space for a large group. As the pool faces SOUTH you are guaranteed all-day sunshine which will suit the sunworshipers in your group, while a shaded covered lanai with two ceiling fans, will allow escape from the heat for those who wish it. Comfort for everyone !!
Plenty of comfortable seating (for 12) means that everyone can enjoy the space and the kids even have their own picnic table with umbrella.
A 32" TV provides additional outdoor entertainment.
Custom landscaping with no back neighbours, makes this one of the nicest yards in all of Windsor Hills. Enjoy Florida atmosphere at its best with your view of palm trees, orange trees, crape myrtle and bird of paradise surrounding your pool area.
A large table and electric BBQ make al fresco dining a delight.
There is even a clothesline for hanging out wet towels and bathing suits to dry.
The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended from October to April).
LOUNGE
As you first enter Sunshine Escape Villa, you see the spacious contemporary styled lounge with comfortable reclining sectional, 8' professional slate bed pool table and computer.
This room is designed to be one of the quieter spots to relax in the villa, and is an ideal way to wind down at the end of the full-on theme park day.
FAMILY ROOM
The spacious contemporary styled family room is comfortably furnished and is perfect for visiting, as the open concept with the kitchen means that everyone can be together.
For your entertainment there is a 50" LCD TV with DVD and iPod dock and a Playstation 2 with a selection of games provided.
KITCHEN
The large open plan kitchen complete with all modern conveniences to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include full size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with ice & water dispenser, large pantry, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, large electric griddle, new crockery, new cutlery, new pots and pans and a toaster. It also features a new upgrade to granite countertops.
All that's needed is the food and drink !!
The breakfast nook features seating for 6 with an additional 3 seats at the breakfast bar. Furnished in stylish new wrought iron chairs and glass table-top, this prime location provides beautiful views to the pool while you dine.
LAUNDRY ROOM
The laundry room provides brand new high efficiency, high capacity, Maytag washer and dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience.
The large closet in this room also stores much of the baby equipment - 1 double stroller, 1 single stroller, 1 walker, 1 car seat, 1 booster seat, 1 high chair. (baby listener and 2 pack n' plays are stored in upstairs closets)
GROUND FLOOR BEDROOM
This room is perfect for those in your group who might have limited mobility.
This bedroom features a view to the pool, a queen sized bed, and built-in wardrobe. Additional features include a new 22" Cable TV with DVD, alarm clock radio and a ceiling fan for added comfort.
GROUND FLOOR FAMILY BATHROOM
This shared bathroom on the ground floor features a single vanity unit, bath with shower over and WC.
GAMES ROOM / HOME THEATRE
The AIR-CONDITIONED garage has been converted to a combination Games Room and Home Theater. While on the one side you have foosball, ping pong and air hockey, the other side features a home theatre with tiered seating and reclining sofas.
A 60" flatscreen TV with surround sound, Nintendo Wii and Karaoke rounds out the entertainment on the theatre side of the room. A library of movies is provided for your viewing options.
A Bar with bar stools provides extra seating for watching a movie or just hanging out.
FIRST FLOOR
MASTER SUITE #1
This suite has WOW-factor! Prepare to spoil yourself with the classic elegance of this space, which includes new bedroom suite with canopy bed, sumptuous king mattress, new flatscreen TV/DVD player, alarm clocks, and ceiling fan.
The ensuite features a walk-in closet with a safe for your convenience, and the bathroom provides a hair dryer for your use.
The dual sink vanity, upgraded light fixtures, deep Roman soaker tub, spacious walk-in shower and separate WC all provide a luxurious feeling of space.
MASTER SUITE #2
This sumptuous room features another King bed in classic contemporary style. A new flatscreen cable TV/DVD player, alarm clock and ceiling fan round out the conveniences available with this lovely suite.
The connecting ensuite features a large walk-in shower, single vanity & WC and provides a hair-dryer for your use.
BEDROOM 3
This Disney themed Mickey & Minnie Mouse bedroom features twin sized beds and built-in wardrobe.
Additional features include a Mickey Mouse TV/DVD player, ceiling fan for added comfort, an alarm clock, and a new hand-painted Mickey Mouse mural.
BEDROOM 4
This Jungle-themed bedroom features twin sized beds, exotic decor, and built-in wardrobe.
Additional features include a new flatscreen 22" cable TV & DVD, ceiling fan and alarm clock.
BEDROOM 5
This comfortable room features another King-sized bed and large walk-in wardrobe.
Additional features include a new flatscreen cable TV with DVD, alarm clock radio and ceiling fan.
A pack n'play is provided in this room.
FAMILY BATHROOM
This shared bathroom features his & hers vanity units, bath with shower over and separate WC.
